All of the lines we offer pass our curating standards and we conduct extensive research to find products that adhere to high quality standards for sourcing and manufacturing.

In South Korea and other asian countries, it is common practice that manufacturers update their packaging or formulas on a yearly basis. Sometimes the newer formulas don't perform as well as the original.

Our limited edition products are identified with a dancing bird; they are small batches of fantastic products we were able to find that won't be back once sold out.

This is one of the reasons we are in business. We do not believe in overcharging the client for imported products. We use the same rule wholesale companies use in the US. Some South Korean importers are still overcharging. We believe in price transparency.

Shelf life ranges from line to line. Expiration dates are marked on the boxes or containers of each product.

To maximize shelf life, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.

If you have any concerns with allergies please test patch before using each product. We also believe there are some powerful and effective chemical compounds that are safe and complement end enhance the natural ones.

While we try to minimize products with fillers, some of our products do have synthetic preservatives which scale low on th EGW table. 

It's important to discern between the two types of alcohol: 'bad' alcohols (alcohol denat, isopropyl, and ethanol) and 'good' alcohols (fatty alcohols cetyl and cetearyl).

The alcohol used in our products are used in small amounts as an emulsifier, stabilizer, and preservative.

100% organic is a non-regulated term by the FDA. Some ingredients are not even certifiable organic by processing standards. We do extensive research on our brands and strive to bring you transparent brands that don't over hype the claims of their products. 

Some of our products contain organic ingredients and they will be listed in the Formula tab of each product.

We offer multiple products that are vegan, you will find them in our eco-beauty collection and they are also marked on the formula tab.

We do offer products with animal by-products in our formulations, like honey, silk, caviar, pearl, etc. Please check each individual product to ensure the product you are purchasing is vegan.

Only eco-friendly materials are used in our packaging. We don't have control over how our vendors choose their product packaging, Our packaging is soy ink, 100% recyclable and we avoid sending unnecesary paper. We dont use plastic or polyester. Our mitts are 100% Bamboo & Cotton.
