The Returns Portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.
To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
Can I return any product?
- To qualify for a refund, you must initiate the return process within 30 days of purchase and have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle. Returns must be in the original packaging.
- If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead.
- Please note free gifts, promotional products, final sale items or partial bundles are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
How do I make a return?
- Enter your email address or phone number and your order number in the fields above and click Start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
How much will I get refunded?
- Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be refunded back to your original form of payment.
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is processed, we will send you an email to notify you.
- A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
Please make sure to follow the prompts on our returns portal before you send back your product(s). We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to our customer support team.
